DKV Euro Service: Prospect and customer (internet) portal
DKV Euro Service offers Europe-wide in-transit service and helps customers avoid downtime while at the same time providing transparent toll management and invoicing services. The company built an Internet portal for customers and prospects using the SAP NetWeaver Portal and btexx easyWCM in order to make the enormous volume of transaction data available via a secure and stable portal platform.

The Norman Nielsen Group surveys the user friendliness of web solutions, particularly intranets, at regular intervals. Based on 18 representative editor/employee tasks, the company determines how much time these users need to perform their work on the intranet. The survey spans an observation period of one full year.
