Exhibition a success for btexx

The DSAG Annual Congress – the largest meeting of SAP users in Europe – took place October 11-13, 2011 at the Messe Leipzig Congress Center and once again attracted a record number of visitors. btexx had its own stand at the exhibition and is pleased with the overall results.

btexx's presentation at the 12th DSAG Annual Congress was titled “Full-Service for SAP Portals” and showcased new consulting services and the software innovation “btexx Portal Suite 2012”. btexx also presented the newly designed demo portal from “sotric”, a fictitious company, implemented on the basis of SAP NetWeaver 7.3. Both fairgoers and exhibitors were very interested in learning about “btexx Portal Suite 2012” and the demo portal.

The partner presentation with btexx Munich office director Mathias Zimmermann, btexx customer Envia Mitteldeutsche Energie AG, and IT service provider GISA was also very well received. More than 150 visitors followed the presentation of an innovative customer service portal that sets new standards for the utilities industry.

The theme of this year's DSAG Annual Congress was “Meeting Point: Reality”, with a focus on matching customer needs with provider services. Roughly 3,900 participants registered for the three-day event, and around 200 presentations and lectures were offered. Thanks to the number of participants and the lively discussions, the DSAG AC was once again a great success.
