Central, web based document exchange
The btexx documentManager is an expansion solution for the SAP NetWeaver Portal. The btexx software provides with its Windows Explorer-like operation an intuitive and user friendly interface for the Knowledge Management (KM) of the SAP Portal. The product provides a web-based platform for joint exchange, to process and store documents of any kind.
Simple document handling with Drag & Drop
The functionality “Drag & Drop“ enables the accelerated handling of documents. Single or multiple documents and folders can be copied, moved or linked in no time. Via an intuitive icon the user is signaled whether he/she is entitled to the Drag & Drop function.
Integrated preview function for documents and images
The integrated preview function enables a direct view of the documents via the portal. For example images or PDF files can be displayed via the preview panel. This functionality helps the user to get a quick overview of the content.
Integrated search – Branch off to the document
The btexx documentManager supports a global search, which searches the entire folder structure, as well as a “search from here“, which covers all content in the currently selected area. The found document can be opened either directly or via the command “Go to“ in the folder context.
