btexx universalSearch considerably improves the quality of search results in the SAP Enterprise Portal by filtering data according to date, document type, person, top matches, etc. so you can find the information you need much faster. And the faceted navigation lets you add your own search criteria. btexx's own connectors to other data sources – including non-SAP sources – increase the scope of search results.

btexx universalSearch software also comes with powerful search interfaces (search UIs). Choose between a ready-to-use AJAX-based search interface or a freely definable interface (HTML/JavaScript), which is created with the “btexx Search Interface Builder”.

Due to the flexible architecture of the btexx universalSearch, the solution supports the creation of modern search UIs in any architecture. It doesn’t matter whether you want to create a search interface for a Federated Search (consummation of distributed indices) or an enterprise search (such as Microsoft or SAP NW Enterprise Fast Search).
