Use of SAP Utilities as an industry-specific software solution for energy suppliers. SAP Utilities comprises the industry components IS-U (Industry Solution Utilities) and the integrated Content Management System btexx easyWCM.
Conceptual highlights:
Service portal, which is available as both a sales and information portal. This solution is used for maintaining master data/customer data, device management (including power & water meters, among others) and more.
