With btexx easyWCM you can begin to work
immediately establishing role and menu
structures for your portal. Select the
function New site from the btexx easyWCM
toolbar if you want to assign a menu
item only to certain users or user
groups and give selected editors the
responsibility of further management of
the menu structures from this menu item
on. btexx easyWCM is 100% based on the
SAP standard authorizations and role
structures in the PCD and KM and fully
leverages the user and group concepts
provided by the SAP NetWeaver Portal.
In this way, the search automatically
takes into consideration – based on SAP
standard TREX – the authorization
structures you defined when creating the
