The Belgian
energy supplier Luminus implemented its service and
business portal with
btexx easyWCM. One of the project's
special highlights is the use of transparent btexx
easyWCM iViews, which offer unlimited design freedom.

Use
of SAP Utilities as an
industry-specific
software solution for energy suppliers. SAP Utilities
comprises the
industry components
IS-U
(Industry Solution Utilities) and the integrated Content
Management System btexx easyWCM.

Conceptual highlights: |
Service portal, which is available as both a sales and
information portal. This solution is
used for maintaining master data/customer data, device
management (including power & water meters, among others)
and more.
